Kemmlers is a set or chamber of senior lawyers established in the heart of the EU quarter, with lawyers based in Brussels and Berlin, all specialising in European law. Kemmlers lawyers advise companies, commercial organisations, European institutions, trade associations, and NGOs on European law, regulation and litigation and represent them in court. Each member of Kemmlers has their own independent practice and although they share common expenses and facilities and regularly collaborate, none of them are in partnership.
Kemmlers lawyers are all senior lawyers, each with specialist knowledge and extensive experience gained over many years of practice and each handles their clients’ business personally, rather than delegating to junior lawyers. This means Kemmlers lawyers provide premium, cost effective services - and take the time to develop long-term working relationships with their clients.
The Kemmler name has been associated with European law since 1962 when the founder of the original firm Hans-Günther Kemmler set up in the Schuman area to assist clients on competition law.
All Kemmlers lawyers are able to work in several languages.
